SMU Begins Pilot Transition Service for Graduating Seniors
Dallas, TX- March 1, 2016 – Southern Methodist University has signed an agreement with Homebase Services to provide an innovative student relocation transition service to Mustang graduating seniors.
The service will be offered initially to SMU seniors working with Hegi Career Center. The pilot will commence with service to the Dallas area. Hegi career staff will be advising students that have accepted offers moving to the Dallas about the service. The service will start working with seniors up to 12 months in advance of their job start date. Plans are to expand the service to other Texas cities after the initial pilot period.
