Quick answer

Grant generally starts with the area where recent graduates actually live and socialize, which often favors a central neighborhood. Central areas tend to win on peer concentration, walkability, and convenience. Suburbs usually win on space, newer apartments, lower rent, parking, and value. Important exceptions exist when suburban mixed-use districts such as Legacy West or The Domain combine employers, restaurants, walkability, and a meaningful recent-graduate population. The correct choice is the strongest social environment the renter can comfortably afford while keeping the commute reasonable.
