Grant’s direct answer
Grant strongly recommends a car for most KPMG Houston new hires. Houston has METRORail, including service through Downtown, but Grant does not view the city as easy to navigate car-free for the typical recent graduate. A car gives much more flexibility for work, social life, errands, and airports. Transit can supplement driving in certain locations, but he would not build the relocation plan around it.
