Grant’s direct answer
Grant would not automatically choose Downtown just because Sendero’s office is there. Consultants may travel, work at client sites, or follow a hybrid schedule, so lifestyle can matter more than minimizing the office commute. South Congress and South Lamar can provide more of the Austin experience many recent graduates want, while still remaining practical. Downtown is excellent when walkability to work is a top personal priority.
