Grant’s direct answer
Compare all three when practical. Choose Knox for the strongest complete walkable neighborhood experience when the budget fits. Choose West Village/Uptown for concentrated activity, restaurants, bars, trolley access, and the classic Uptown lifestyle. Choose Victory Park when a newer high-rise, sports and entertainment access, and a central social environment create the best fit. Grant does not believe neighborhood reputation should decide the lease. The right answer is the area and apartment that give the renter the best combination of daily life, social opportunity, commute, building quality, and excitement about living there.
