Grant’s direct answer
Do not stop at “EV charging available.” Ask how many vehicles can charge simultaneously, how heavily the stations are used, how charging is billed, whether spaces are shared or assigned, and whether residents regularly have trouble finding an open charger. Grant’s preferred modern setup would support roughly eight vehicles charging at once, though the right capacity depends on building size and actual demand. Reliable inexpensive charging with adequate capacity can be more valuable than a tiny number of free chargers that are constantly occupied.
