We do all the work. You just collect $100 Venmo Cash for Each of your Members when they move in. Your members will feel GREAT knowing that they sent $100 to help your organization. And they also will collect $100 for themselves as well!

HOW DO I KNOW WHO SIGNS UP?

Referring is so easy and takes very little time! We create a custom SIGNUP URL for your organization. You then send that custom URL out to your members.

When they sign up, you get notified!
When they report their move in, you get notified. Then you know that you have just about earned your $100 venmo cash and it will come to you after move in!

HOW DO I REFER?

There are so many ways to refer! Here are a few suggestions but you are welcome to try almost anything:

Email your members a link to our service with your custom URL.
Have your members text their friends with your custom URL and tell them about the $100 Venmo bonus they will receive.

Create posts on university GROUPS that you are a part of.

SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL

The following is what describes a Successful Referral. Each successful referral will result in $100 Venmo cash to your organization after the referral moves in!

REFERRAL RULES for the person that you referred:

Their name must appear as the main lease holder on the apartment unit they are moving into AND on their leasing application.
Only one person occupying their apartment is eligible to claim the reward for a single apartment lease. For example, if you referral has a roommate, please decide which person should claim the single reward. That will mean one total $100 Venmo credit even if multiple roommates.
The person you referred must submit our reward form either before they move in. Rewards forms submitted after 1 month of move-in are not eligible for the reward.
Homebase Services must be list as their SOLE referral source on their GUEST CARD (if they tour in person) AND on their leasing application.
They are requested to submit a review to GOOGLE (Homebase Services) about the service you received.
The housing must be in the Dallas/FW, Houston or Austin metro areas.
The apartment lease must be a 12 month minimum term.
The apartment must have been specifically referred by our service to qualify.

If these things occur, we can NOT send you a referral reward:

Your referral already lives at the apartment and is renewing their lease.
Your referral already has a leasing relationship with this property or their new lease is at a property that is from the same management company.
Your referral is an employee of the property that they are leasing at.
On your lease, if you listed any other source as your referral to the property other than HomeBase Services
If your referral has a roommate…and the roommates listed ANOTHER referral source other than Homebase Services on their leasing application or lease.
Your referral has not fulfilled your lease commitment or you have not made timely rent payments.
Your referral’s lease term is for less than 12 months.
If your referral does not move into their apartment and stay atleast 90 days. In that case we will require you to return the reward we sent.
Only one referral reward per apartment is allowed. Roommates can not claim multiple cards for the same apartment .

Occasionally some properties do not pay a commission to allow us to pay you a reward.
If you choose a property that is not in our recommendations, we may not be able to pay a reward to you, even if you meet all other requirements above.
College housing is specifically NOT included in a reward.
